POD provides development consultancy services to housing associations, local authorities, arms-length management organisations, private developers and consortia.

Founded by Longhurst Group and Nottingham Community Housing Association in 2005, POD operates in more than 50 locations across the Midlands, East Anglia and Yorkshire and Humberside.

Our vision is to be the first choice provider of development services for Local Authorities, the Homes and Communities Agency and other agencies in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

By providing high quality homes and services to meet a range of housing needs, we have become renowned for improving quality and design with a genuine interest in helping organisations to develop their business and expertise.
